// About the Organization
The Community Center is a non-profit organization that includes sports, activities for youth, leisure and culture. The Community Center operates as a social community organization for the benefit of society as a whole, with an emphasis on planning and implementing social programs in culture, leisure, youth department and sports.
// Project Description
As part of the program, 1-3 musical ensembles will be created, with up to 8 teenagers in each ensemble. In addition, we will establish 2 groups with no more than 15 teenagers altogether, who will learn to play musical instruments. At the beginning of the project, each ensemble will define its character, select a musical repertoire, work on team building and set a schedule for activities and performances throughout the year. During the program, the participants will undergo music workshops - playing instruments, composing songs, harmony and rhythm. In addition, they will meet with professional musicians and participate in various community projects.
// Project Goals
The project's educational goals include developing musical skills, promoting cooperation and communication skills, encouraging creativity and independence, as well as creating high-quality leisure time.
The project’s social and cultural goals include developing a sense of belonging and promoting values of tolerance and co-existence. Developing an awareness of music as a form of self-expression and acquiring professional language skills in English through exposure to songs and lyrics.

The target population: 31 boys and girls from grades 9-12th. (2 groups- 8 teenagers in each group, plus 15 teenagers learning to play various instruments).
