// About the Organization
Social Delivery bridges the gap between business surplus destined for landfills, and communities in need. We locate, store and distribute these essential goods to those lacking access to resources.
// Project Description
The project sources high-quality business surplus such as furniture and clothing to deliver to the Partnership Region. Logistics include collecting surplus from corporate partners and managing storage. Volunteers sort and pack goods to ensure a dignified, high-quality standard. Social delivery assesses real-time needs through a mapping process with Municipal Aliyah / Welfare departments and local NGOs. The distribution process includes direct and dignified delivery to local institutions who provide to those in need.
// Project Goals
The purpose of the project is to provide essential goods such as furniture, clothing and hygiene products to Kiryat gat, Shafir and Lachish. By supporting NGOs and low-income populations, Social Delivery strengthens local infrastructure and community resilience to address socio-economic challenges intensified by the war.
// Target Population
The program is geared towards helping people from low-income populations: evacuees, elderly, new immigrants, single parents and those dealing with special needs. Participants: 800 beneficiaries via B2B municipal/ NGO partnerships. Indirect Impact: Strengthening the capacity of local social institutions.

// Outcomes
At least $120,000 worth of essentials - mattresses, appliances, furniture, textiles, cleaning supplies will reach low-income families and social organizations in the Partnership Region, enabling them to redirect budgets toward other critical priorities.
// Project Timeline
1.7.2026 First month: Comprehensive needs assessment and strategic mapping with local municipal partners and NGOs. Rest of the year: Continuous sourcing and direct distribution of essential goods to local institutions based on real-time field feedback.
// Budget Sustainability
The Partnership Region will become an integral part of Social Delivery's ongoing operations. Social Delivery will incorporate it into the organization’s general fundraising strategy, ensuring continued delivery of essential goods through the organization’s network of donors and foundations.
Social Delivery’s model leverages donations to provide essential goods worth multiple times the donated amount. Partial funding would mean fewer products- less furniture, appliances, and household essentials delivered to organizations in the region.
// Project establishment status
The program currently operates in the Partnership Region, partnering with municipal departments and organizations such as Shoshana Absorption Center and SAHI. To expand, Social Delivery will need to collaborate with Partnership Program representatives to reach new communities.
